What began as a "mouse hole in the baseboard" DIY project is now a sophisticated, multi-category brand architecture. GHDC Media orchestrated the entire development lifecycle—coordinating a specialized collective of world-class illustrators, editors, and designers to refine the narrative and visual identity, while managing high-fidelity partnerships with domestic printing companies and international physical product manufacturers for the Millhouse plush toy and signature wooden folding chair.
This project serves as the blueprint for transforming a creative spark into a world-class product suite through meticulous operational discipline and logistics management.

Millhouse the Christmas Mouse was created to strengthen the "belief muscles" of the next generation. To honor that vision, 50% of all net profits generated from Millhouse books, heirloom wooden chairs, and companion merchandise are funneled directly into The Millhouse Folding Chair Fund.
This dedicated foundation routes essential capital to qualified, child-focused charities, traditional faith-formation initiatives, and family-preservation programs. We engineer the operational systems; the mission receives the harvest.

The Church Mouse Program
As a direct extension of our master fund, we have engineered a frictionless grassroots fundraising model designed to push donations directly back into local churches while bringing a meaningful new tradition to families. We don’t ask your parish to buy inventory, manage order sheets, or handle shipping logistics. We provide the raw materials; your community receives the benefit.
Turnkey Delivery: GHDC Media prints and ships premium, full color 8.5" x 11" weekly bulletin inserts directly to your parish at our own expense. Your administrative staff does nothing but distribute them.
Customized to Your Parish: Each insert features a custom QR code unique to your church. When a parishioner scans it, they are met by a dedicated landing page on our Shopify platform that welcomes them explicitly as a member of your congregation.
The Direct Donation: When a family completes their purchase through your portal, not only will 50% of the net profit support our broader youth charity initiatives—but an additional $5 from that transaction is automatically routed directly back to your parish.

While Frank's professional foundation was built over 30 years of traditional operations and multi-unit leadership, his perspective has always been informed by a focus on creativity and a love of the Arts—music and the written word. In his time with 5 Wits, engaging more deeply with that creativity shifted his focus. Moving forward, he intends to blend his creative strengths more fully with the systematic discipline he developed over years in operations, using his work as the author of Millhouse the Christmas Mouse as a pivot point.
Frank specializes in creating operational frameworks that allow visions to scale and endure. Grounded in the rigor required to manage complex businesses like Best Buy in the Consumer Electronics space or 5 Wits in location-based entertainment, he ensures that every project within the GHDC ecosystem is reliable, professionally executed, and built on a bedrock of operational excellence—while adding to the project with his own creative perspective and ensuring a consistent, unrelenting focus on the audience experience.
